Richard Hagar, SRA is founder and President of American Home Appraisals. He is:

A licensed real estate agent since 1976
Certified real estate appraiser since 1986
An SRA with the Appraisal Institute
One of the more senior appraisers in the State
A major focus of his practice is providing appraisals and consulting services to the legal industry.
He’s qualified as an expert witness in Washington and Colorado _(Federal Court)_
Provided consultation to clients appearing before the State of Washington Supreme Court.
Mr. Hagar creates and provides classes for Attorneys, Appraisers, Agents, and Mortgage Brokers.
He helped write the laws that govern the mortgage industry (RCW 19.146 & RCW 18.310) and
Has a very popular class on: Real Estate: Agent, Appraiser, and Mortgage Fraud
The class is the first in the nation to be approved for all real estate professionals.
